Tammy S. Rowe grew up in Richmond, Virginia, surrounded by homemade meals and traditions that brought people together. Long before Sweet Po'Tammy was a business, she was the one family and friends counted on to show up with the pie.

As a mother, entrepreneur and survivor, Tammy built this brand on perseverance. Today her pies have been featured on FOX SOUL and enjoyed by celebrities, entrepreneurs and families across Atlanta. Every pie stands for a family, for resilience, and for a story worth sharing.

What sizes do the pies come in?

The Traditional Sweet Po-Tammy Pie is 9 inches for $25. Mini Sweet Po-Tammy Pies are 4 inches and come two for $12.

Do you make vegan sweet potato pies?

Yes. Both the 9-inch pie and the 4-inch minis come vegan, made from the same family recipe with no dairy or eggs.

What is the Sweet Heat drizzle?

It's our signature drizzle: sweet meets a little heat. It's coming soon with the Sweet Po'Tammy food truck, along with loaded fries and Po-Tammy bites.
